French Door Construction

Customer wanted to have his French Doors replaced with new ones.  He had wood rot in the threshold and on the bottom of the old doors.  Discovered that the door frame and threshold was never waterproofed properly, which was allowing water to pool and rot the wood.

Made a new door, frame and threshold out of hardwood, and installed in his home.  Doors were made custom for his specific opening from hard wood, which resists moisture better than pine. Pine is what the doors that you buy at big box stores are made of.
